PILATES
​Every individual comes to me with different goals. I work with everything from rehab and injury recovery to pre- and post-natal training, sport-specific strength, and helping people grow confidence with strength training.
I have so much deep respect for the Classical Pilates principles and base my classes around this, with some creative twists and dynamic flows which are energising but also deeply grounding.
Pilates is not only a nice opportunity to build intrinsic stable strength, but also a chance to come back to our bodies and move in a way that brings us into that ‘rest and digest’ state. With breath work and some flowy movements, my classes are like a whole being refresh.
