Every individual comes to me with different goals. I work with everything from rehab and injury recovery to pre- and post-natal training, sport-specific strength, and helping people grow confidence with strength training. I have a specific interest in plant-based nutrition in relation to strength training and fitness.

I offer 1-1 training at Luxe Fitness City (near The Beacon) and in Bedminster.

​

£220 - 4 x 1 hour sessions a month

£400 - 8 x 1 hour sessions a month

£570 - 12 x 1 hour sessions a month

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

If you’re someone who already knows how to move well but craves a little push, some structure or accountability with a plan built around your lifestyle and your goals, then online coaching is a really nice way to provide that training framework you might need.​

It’s a great fit if you:

  • Want to take your training further with gentle guidance.

  • Thrive with accountability and check-ins to keep you on track.

  • Prefer a more accessible option than in-person coaching.

  • Need support and guidance to hit a particular goal.

Online programming is priced at £90 a month, accessible through my app and includes a weekly check in.
