HANNAH DONKIN
I’m passionate about living life in the fullest, most joyful way—and I believe movement and nutrition should feel like a privilege, not a chore. My work is rooted in helping people tune into their bodies, using a blend of functional strength, free-flow Pilates, and evidence-based nutrition to create a sense of empowerment, presence, and ease. I’m fascinated by the nervous system, rehab principles, and the way mindful movement can help quiet a busy mind—giving you the space to get out of your head and back into your body.
I studied at central Saint Martins and worked in menswear design previously - creativity is in everything I do, but after years of pushing in very fast paced environments, I got a little burnt out. My own recovery from burnout and chronic health issues came through reconnecting with movement and real, nourishing food—and now I help others find that same joy and resilience, carrying it into all areas of their life.
